Who I am
Callum Broadfoot, a sole trader trading as Lyme Plumbing & Heating, based in High Lane, Stockport SK6. You can contact me on 07846 729203 or callum@lymeplumbing.co.uk.
What I collect
If you use the quote form, I get what you type in: your name, phone number, email if you give it, postcode, the job, your message, any photos, and the best time to call. If you ring or text, I get your number and what you tell me.
Why
Only to reply to you, quote for the job and do the work. I don't sell your details or use them for anything else.
How long I keep it
As long as I need it for the quote and the job, and for my records afterwards.

The quote form
Sending the form emails me what you typed, plus any photos you attached. I use that to reply, quote and do the job.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Ring or text me. If you're not happy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
